Benjamin Story
Network and Voice Engineer
Ben Story has worked his way up from helpdesk to server jockey and now to network and voice engineer. Through his over 12 year career he has worked in several verticals including education, logistics and healthcare. Although each vertical has its own challenges, he likes to use experiences from each to solve problems in his current role in healthcare. With the fact that having used a telephone was the only prerequisite, he was brought into the voice world a few years back and has since learned to speak DTMF as well as IP recently replacing a hospital's aging TDM system with a new Cisco Unified CallManager.
Ben has kept up his quest of life long learning and currently holds the CCNA, CCNA Wireless, and the CCDA. He also tries to share back to the community through Twitter as @ntwrk80 and at his blog
